Nix Industries brings a background in fine woodworking to custom homes and residential renovations across the Triangle. Owner Joe Nix helped establish Barn Door Dudes in Carlsbad, California, where he served as COO and head artisan, before bringing that experience to the Triangle as a project manager on HGTV’s Love It or List It.
A beautiful result begins with understanding how you want to live. We start with your priorities, the property and the scope, then discuss planning, investment and the decisions ahead. Whether you have drawings or only the first idea, the goal is a clear next step.

Planning Your Investment
The right investment depends on the home, the scope and the choices that matter to you. For a new build, land conditions, size, design and finishes shape the conversation. For a remodel, the existing structure, layout changes and selections all play a role.
Share a working range if you have one. If you are still developing a budget, say so. We can begin by discussing priorities and what information is needed to define the work.
